The retail sector is certainly going through some changes, making it difficult to ascertain changes to shopping centre and high street yields and rents.  A lack of market activity and transparency and a shift to turnover rents will see market rates and values change during 2021, with almost universal pressure on the market outside of core assets and luxury high-street locations where pricing remains robust.  Details on the pricing and outlook for specific retail markets across EMEA can be found in the downloadable map below.
