Professional Summary
I started my professional path in real estate in 2013, having been until 2015 at Santander Portugal as administrative, first in the divestment department and then in the mortgage lending office.
In 2015 I started my path as a valuation consultant, initially as a free-lancer and after 2016 in a consultancy specialising in professional real estate, where I became a senior consultant, in a path that brought me to the opportunity at Colliers.
Accomplishments
The way I have cemented myself and positioned myself in the professional market has been guided by achievements.
First and foremost, my career as an evaluation consultant, made up of opportunities seized and continuous learning.
I have already had the opportunity to provide consultancy services in operations of great volume and importance in the Portuguese real estate market.
I can hardly wait for what is yet to come.
Education
Mauro Santos has a degree in construction management obtained from the Polytechnic Institute of Setubal and completed a real estate valuation specialization course at ESAI - Real Estate School.
