She was responsible for developing strategic plans for managed assets, tendering and establishing team of service providers working on the assets after acquisitions.

She was also overseeing Property Management and leasing of managed properties. During the time at Heitman, he was involved in leasing/extensions of more than 300 000 sqm.She was also responsible for extensive repositioning programs that were implemented in 2 assets.She was also responsible for refinancing of the assets and cooperation with lenders.

Before joining Heitman, Izabela gained real estate experience working for 6 years at DTZ in the office agency department, mainly representing Landlords and leasing buildings with a total area of approx. 130 000 sqm.
