SKYSAWA building A will be a 10-condignation A class office building, also having a commercial function. The facility will offer 9,799 m2 of gross leasable area and 52 underground parking spaces. SKYSAWA project façade was tested in a wind tunnel, used architectural, engineering and material solutions and installations, such as air conditioning, access control, vertical communication system with double-deck lifts or raised floors, put the project in the first line of office investments in Poland.
