Prosta Office Centre with BREEAM certificate

Managed by Colliers and owned by AMASI Grundstücksgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG., the Warsaw office building Prosta Office Centre has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at Very Good level. The rating applies to both the Building Efficiency (Part 1) and the Management Efficiency (Part 2) parts of the certificate. 

“The office building scored maximum points in the waste management category. Moreover, it was recognised for its excellent location that enables convenient accessibility from various parts of the city. Such a good score was also the result of the procedures introduced in the building. They promote, among others, the reduction of the negative impact of the property on the environment and the increase of user comfort”, says Marcin Szumski, an expert in Green Building Certification Services at Colliers. 

Prosta Office Centre is one of the most characteristic buildings in Warsaw's Wola district – an emerging business district in the centre of the capital. The 9-storey class A office building, located in the immediate vicinity of the Daszyńskiego roundabout at 51 Prosta Street, offers nearly 19,000 sq m of office space and 800 sq m of retail and service space. A Ghelamco project, the building was commissioned in 2007. Since January 1, Prosta Office Centre has been the property of the German company AMASI Grundstücksgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, managed by KGAL Investment Management GmbH & Co. KG, a leading independent asset and investment manager of various types of real estate globally. The building's tenants include Gremi Media S.A., IT Coders Lab School, Monedo Polska, Grey/Poland and the optician Optique.

The BREEAM building certification system was developed in the UK in response to the need to introduce sustainable construction at all stages of a building's life cycle, from the design process, through construction, to the use and demolition phase. The certificate is awarded by the BRE organisation (Building Research Establishment) on the basis of materials and a report prepared by a licensed assessor. BREEAM takes into account many issues that characterise a building or a leasable area. The BREEAM assessment may cover, among others, newly constructed buildings (BREEAM NC), buildings in use (BREEAM In-Use), renovated buildings and leasable area (BREEAM RFO).

Agnieszka Krzekotowska joined Colliers International’s Property Management Department in April 2009. In January 2011 she was appointed to the position of Senior Property Manager. Agnieszka is responsible for all aspects of commercial property management, in particular – increasing property value managed by Colliers International, training and supporting staff in accordance with established procedures and standards, creating and maintaining relationships with clients and tenants and control of annual budgets.

Agnieszka has seven years of experience in property management. She started in the finance department, which allowed her to become familiar with budgeting, cost side of property, preparation of financial reports and service charges reconciliation. Then she completed post-graduate studies, received license and started working as Property Manager.



Agnieszka Krzekotowska works in Colliers International REMS from April 2009. Her responsibility was to manage Horizon Plaza office building. She was responsible for the acquisition of the building from General Contractor and worked on arrangements and moves of all tenants in the biulding. She participates twice in the process of selling the property in 2009, assisting owner in carrying out the sales process. Now she is responsible for coordination of a team of Property Managers who manage IVG portfolio in Poland ( 9 office buildings), and supervision of Property Managers responsible for properties owned by Union Investments, Immobel and AmRest.


Previously she worked in DTZ Management. First she worked in Finance Department as Finance Specialist responsible for buildings owned by Arka, BPH, Zepter International, Valad, and Ghelamco. Then she started working as a Property Manager for Valad and managed two industrial buildings Piaseczno Business Park and Blonie Business Park.  Previously she worked at City Bank Handlowy.
