Warsaw, October 2, 2019 – Colliers International advised Fortis Investments in the sale of the Premium Park Łowicz retail park located in Central Poland.
Premium Park Łowicz is the city's largest modern retail park, put into use in 2019. The total leasable area of the building is around 8,000 sq m and is located in the centre of Łowicz, at ul. Władysław Broniewski.
In addition to its excellent location, the park offers customers access to many retail chains. Shops from renowned brands such as Polo Market, CCC, KiK, Pepco, Neonet, Deichmann, Hebe and Empik operate in the centre. In June 2019, they were joined by new tenants, including brands such as: TEDi, Rossmann, Smyk, Quiosque and 4F.
“The sale of Premium Park Łowicz proves that retail properties, not only in large but also in smaller cities, continue to attract the interest of investors, and that the demand for high-quality investment products in Poland is not decreasing,” commented Sebastian Wiśniewski, president of the board, Fortis Investments.
“We had the great pleasure of representing Fortis Investments in the sale of one of the most professionally prepared for sale retail parks in a city with fewer than 50,000 inhabitants. Retail parks are very attractive investment products for many international funds,” said Dariusz Forysiak, director, Investment Services, Colliers International.
