New experts in the Office Agency Tenant Representation at Colliers International

Warsaw, May 4, 2020 – Thomas Jodar and Maciej Łyszczyński joined the Office Agency Tenant Representation at Colliers International. Both experts will assume the position of Senior Associate and their main tasks will be to acquire new clients and conduct the process of leasing spaces.

 

Before joining the Colliers team, Thomas Jodar worked at WeWork as CEE Sales Director, where he handled long-term and multi-million dollar transactions. During ten years of his career, Thomas has gained extensive experience in recruitment, team management and leadership. He was also responsible for the creation and development of new businesses across Europe, with responsibility for the entire operation: from building market strategy, through sales and budget, to recruitment and marketing.

 

Maciej Łyszczyński is a long-term employee of Colliers International. He joined the Tenant Representation from the Landlord Representation, where he has worked since 2014. His main tasks included establishing and building relationships with clients, consulting, creating and implementing lease and marketing strategies for office projects.

 

Both experts, as Senior Associates in the Tenant Representation, will be responsible for coordinating the entire leasing process: from presenting potential locations, through property selection and preparation of offers and leases, to handover of the premises. As part of their duties, they will coordinate the lease processes both in Warsaw and in regional cities.

Pawel Skalba has been working in the Warsaw office market since 1996.

He joined Colliers in 2000 and in 2004 was promoted to Associate Director for his hard work and dedication.

He became the Partner in Colliers International Poland Sp. z o.o. in 2007. 
Due to his commitment, in 2013 Paweł was appointed to the new role of Partner, Director of Office Agency. Since then he is responsible for development of the 27-person advisory team and is engaged in projects involving lease of office space for key clients.

He puts a lot of effort in creating a sustainable, long-term relationship with clients, making sure they are provided with the best services and they do not lack any help.  Over the last 5 years, Paweł Skałba has represented tenants in over 140 transactions for over 340,000 m2 of leased office space.
