Mariusz Mroczek and Adam Wilgus to support the Corporate Finance department at Colliers International

Warsaw, November 21, 2019 – the Corporate Finance department at Colliers International has been joined by Mariusz Mroczek as Associate Director and Adam Wilgus as an Investment Analyst. The new experts will be an important support for the Corporate Finance department managed by Dorota Wysokińska-Kuzdra.

Mariusz Mroczek as Associate Director will be responsible for financial consulting for clients seeking debt and mezzanine financing, organising capital and assistance in creating joint ventures. Before joining Colliers, Mariusz worked for UniCredit S.p.A. based in Vienna, where as a director in the Real Estate Finance department | CEE region he was responsible for providing financing for transactions exceeding EUR 50 million. Mariusz has also worked at Bank Pekao S.A. and UniCredit Bank Austria AG, where he obtained financing for real estate projects in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. Mariusz is a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics.

Adam Wilgus as an Investment Analyst will be responsible for building financial models, preparing information memoranda and coordinating due diligence processes. Adam has many years of experience as an analyst. He worked for the investment bank Credit Suisse and the independent private equity investor Resource Partners. Adam is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice in finance and accounting and Nottingham Business School in finance. Adam has also completed managerial post-graduate studies at the Wrocław University of Economics.

“I am glad that Mariusz and Adam have joined the Corporate Finance team as they bring extensive experience in financial consulting in the commercial real estate sector and analytical experience from the private equity market. The investment market in Poland is developing rapidly. Alternative products are appearing, such as student housing and residential property for rent, but there are also more and more platform transactions that require a non-standard approach to create added value for our clients as part of their investments in all real estate segments – it is this unconventional thinking about investments that our team offers,” says Dorota Wysokińska-Kuzdra, senior partner, director of the Corporate Finance department at Colliers International.
