Colliers International, a leading commercial real estate advisory firm, is expanding the portfolio of facilities under its management. Colliers' managers have taken under their wing the Kraków-based .big office building, developed by Budimex for Ghelamco.
The .big is located at 3 Zielińskiego Street, in the south-eastern part of Kraków centre, in close proximity to the inner centre and in the immediate vicinity of the Skały Twardowskiego Park and the Zakrzówek Lagoon. The location enables efficient access to other parts of the city, both by public and by own means of transport. The facility is about 15 minutes' drive away from the Kraków Główny railway station. The John Paul II International Airport in Balice is 25 minutes away by car.
.big is a 5-storey office building, offering a total of approximately 10,000 sq m of rentable office space. The facility provides access to approximately 5 above-ground and 125 underground parking spaces, as well as full bicycle infrastructure. The area of a typical floor is approximately 2,100 sq m. The office building is BREEAM-certified and is equipped with all modern technical solutions and facilities provided for this class of buildings, including 5 electric car charging stations.
