A branch of Colliers, an international real estate advisory and investment management company, has changed its address in Katowice. Since September the office is located in the .KTW I building on Roździeńskiego Avenue 1a. Colliers has taken the space on the first floor of the building.
.KTW I is a modern mixed-use building located in the very center of Katowice, in the vicinity of the Culture Zone, near the Spodek Sports and Entertainment Arena, the International Congress Center, the Silesian Museum and the seat of the National Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra. It is part of a complex consisting of two buildings: .KTW I, which opened in 2018, and .KTW II, the Metropolis' tallest skyscraper, which is still under construction.
The 66-metre high .KTW I building has 14 overground and 3 underground storeys and its GLA amounts to 21 100 sq m, of which 1 560 sq m is occupied by retail space. It has a BREEAM certificate on the Excellent level and a WELL Health&Safety certificate. The complex has been designed by Medusa Group studio from Bytom and owned by TDJ. Since 2018, .KTW is managed by Colliers.
“.KTW I is very well known to us. We have had the pleasure to manage it for several years and we know its strong points, which undoubtedly include its excellent location, high quality of office space and original architecture that meets the expectations of the most demanding tenants in the BPO sector,” says Barbara Pryszcz, Regional Director in Katowice at Colliers.
“We are very pleased that Colliers, which has been our partner since the very beginning of the .KTW project, has become its tenant. Colliers not only advises our potential clients and manages the .KTW I facility, but also recognizes its value, as evidenced by the decision to relocate the regional office to .KTW. It is always encouraging when an advisory company decides to rent an office from its business partner. It is a confirmation that the high quality of the building, partnership-oriented cooperation and reliability we talk about are the real values we follow,” says Bartłomiej Solik, Operational Director at TDJ Estate.
