Colliers expands its Office Agency

Jakub Bartoszek, Director of Flexible Strategy Advisory in Colliers

Colliers Office Agency has been joined by two new members. Jakub Bartoszek will take up the position of Director of Flexible Strategy Advisory, while Robert Romanowski will hold the position of Senior Associate. This is another step taken by Colliers to strengthen its team and develop services supporting business potential of the company's clients.

Jakub Bartoszek will perform his duties as Director responsible for strategic consulting in the field of flexible spaces, both on the tenant's and investor's side. His over 15 years of experience on the real estate market includes, among others, holding the position of a Member of the Management Board in Business Link, owned by the Skanska group. He was responsible for leasing department both on Polish and Czech market. Jakub has extensive knowledge not only in the field of real estate, but also CFA financial analysis and sustainable development, confirmed by postgraduate studies at the Cracow University of Economics and completion of numerous programs, among others at the prestigious Saïd Business School (University of Oxford). 

As Senior Associate Robert Romanowski will be responsible for representing and advising clients on office space leasing. Before joining Colliers, he developed his experience in this area at Brookfield Partners for over 5 years, where most recently he served as a Senior Client Advisor and Team Leader. He provided support in negotiations and closing lease agreements to clients such as Notus Finanse S.A., Straż Graniczna, Nałęczów Zdrój S.A. - Nałęczowianka and SoftwareOne.

Pawel Skalba has been working in the Warsaw office market since 1996.

He joined Colliers in 2000 and in 2004 was promoted to Associate Director for his hard work and dedication.

He became the Partner in Colliers International Poland Sp. z o.o. in 2007. 
Due to his commitment, in 2013 Paweł was appointed to the new role of Partner, Director of Office Agency. Since then he is responsible for development of the 27-person advisory team and is engaged in projects involving lease of office space for key clients.

Pawel’s main focus is on offering tailored real estate solutions. Since the first day, he showed himself as a hard-working, client-oriented person. He puts a lot of effort in creating a sustainable, long-term relationship with clients, making sure they are provided with the best services and they do not lack any help.  Over the last 5 years, Paweł Skałba has represented tenants in over 140 transactions for over 340,000 m2 of leased office space.
