New High5ive office buildings under Colliers International management

Warsaw, May 7, 2020 - Colliers International, a leading commercial real estate advisory firm, despite the economic slowdown associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, is executing further transactions. Since April, the company has taken over the management of two new buildings in the High5ive office complex.

Colliers International has been managing two of the five buildings comprising High5ive complex - 4 and 5 with total area over 36,000 sq m. Both of them are located at Pawia Street in the centre of the capital of MaƂopolska.

The High5ive complex providing about 70,000 sq m of modern office spaceis being developed right next to the Main Railway Station, Galeria Krakowska and the historical centre of the city. It will be the first office space in Krakow with WELL certificate solutions.

“High5ive is a long-awaited and one of the most recognisable office projects in Krakow. The developer took care not only to provide high-quality office space to the market, but also to develop the surroundings of the investment, so that both tenants and the local community can use it. Currently, Colliers International manages a total of almost 92,000 sq m of office space in Krakow within three projects.

Agnieszka joined Colliers International in 2009.

She has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate market, confirmed by cooperation with the largest investment funds operating on the Polish market: DWS, Union Investment, Tristan Capital Partners, KGAL, Credit Suisse, Allianz.

As the Head of Real Estate Management Services, Agnieszka leads a team of over 100 experienced professionals and supervises the portfolio of real estate managed by Colliers in Warsaw and 6 regional cities in Poland.

Her duties include development of the property management business, including the acquisition of new projects, searching for technologies, solutions to expand the company's current range of services and process automation for instance introduction of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) in the area of finance services.

As a Senior Partner, Agnieszka is also responsible for co-creating the company's strategy.

From August 2021 Agnieszka holds the position of Board Member at Colliers International REMS Sp.z.o.o.

Agnieszka is a member of the prestigious Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Advisory Board Member of RICS in Poland.

She is a graduate of the Leadership Academy for Poland. 

Agnieszka is also a member of the EMEA Executive Committee Property Management, working together with experts from the Netherlands, Finland and the UK on the strategy and development directions of Property Management at Colliers.

She was also a laureate of the Top Woman in Real Estate 2020 competition - the Asset & Property Management category.

Agnieszka took part in the 2nd edition of the Top Woman in Real Estate Mentoring Program and as a mentor, she supported women in their personal and professional development.
