Colliers International launches new online tool to help businesses discover new workplace strategies

A leading diversified professional services and investment management company Colliers International announced the launch of a new online tool entitled Workplace Expert. Developed in response to changing work practices, the free tool helps businesses take the first steps in shaping their future workplace strategy and creating an optimal work environment for their organization and people.

 

Workplace Expert recommends different office environments and configurations based on responses to questions about a business’ goals, working patterns and drivers behind their brand and operating culture. The tool is fueled by extensive benchmarking data, insights from Colliers’ global surveys during the COVID-19 pandemic and emerging market trends.

 

“The Covid-19 pandemic forced us to rethink our work model and reflect on the future of office space. Many companies are now faced with the question of how to organise their work environment so that it meets the challenges posed by the new reality and the future needs of employees and the company. Workplace Expert is a tool that helps answer this question based on information about the needs of a specific organisation. It enables the initial verification of the strategy and generation of data on the work model and needs in the field of office space, so that the new environment becomes a tool supporting the company's business goals. At the client's request, we can deepen the initial analysis, creating target solutions based on a detailed study of organisational needs, taking into account work styles, functional profiles and employee needs,” says Dorota Osiecka, director of the Workplace Innovation department at Colliers International.

 

Workplace Expert responds to inputs about organizational characteristics of each individual company, rather than recommending a solution based on a preference already indicated. As well as suggesting specific office environments, the tool recommends office sizing and the number of workstations and functional areas needed.
