Colliers International to manage more office buildings in Warsaw

Warsaw, March 4, 2020 – Colliers International, a leading advisory company on the commercial real estate market, has become the manager of two Warsaw buildings owned by Union Investment: Zebra Tower and Lipiński Passage. These are the latest projects from this investor – after Senator in Warsaw and the Dominikański office complex in Wrocław – which Colliers will manage.

Zebra Tower is a modern, 17-storey office building located in the center of Warsaw, next to Politechnika metro station. It offers tenants a total of 17,000 sq m of modern office space and a two-level underground car park for 124 cars. The high standard of interior design is also a big advantage of the building.

Lipiński Passage is a historical property that combines historical architecture with modern office space. In addition to 3,400 sq m of premium-class office space, the building offers retail and food service premises. The tenement house is located in the very center of Warsaw, in the corner of Aleje Jerozolimskie and Emilii Plater Street, in the immediate vicinity of the Central Station. Excellent access to public transport: metro, bus and tram lines and trains, is a great advantage of this location, as well as the close proximity of high-class hotels, shops, restaurants and shopping facilities.

“We've been cooperating with Union Investment for almost a decade. Entrusting us with the management of subsequent properties of the company is an expression of the great trust placed in us by the client and a confirmation, that our services meet the needs of such prestigious companies,” says Agnieszka Krzekotowska, partner and director of the Real Estate Management Services at Colliers International.

Union Investment started operating as a property management fund in Poland in 2008. The total value of the company's assets in Poland is over EUR 2 billion. The company's diversified portfolio includes office and retail properties as well as hotels in many different locations in the country.
