Colliers International takes over the management of the Biura przy Warzelni

Colliers International, a leading commercial real estate advisory company, has taken over the management of the office building Biura przy Warzelni, part of Browary Warszawskie, a flagship investment of Echo Investment.

Browary Warszawskie is a modern, functional and comprehensive urban and architectural concept, inspired by the history of this place. Echo Investment has integrated into the urban fabric a new, open to all urban quarter, created by residential and office buildings, public squares, places of rest and recreation, cafés, restaurants and shops. The investment is located in the heart of the new business district in Warsaw’s Wola. The central location enables efficient access to all parts of the city, both by public and by own means of transport.

Biura przy Warzelni is the largest of the office buildings in Browary Warszawskie. This 8-storey building offers its tenants 24,500 sq m of modern office space and 238 parking spots spread over two underground storeys. The building is applying for BREEAM green building certificate at Excellent level.

“We are glad that Echo Investment has entrusted us once again. Biura przy Warzelni is already the fourth building of this developer that we manage. Since 2019, we have been taking care of the Biura przy Willi project, which, like the Biura przy Warzelni, is part of the multifunctional complex of Browary Warszawskie. Because  it is a unique new quarter of the city, which has been built into the historical fabric of the 19th-century brewery, co-management requires a special approach and skills. Thanks to the experience and engagement of our team, we are able to meet such a challenge,” says Agnieszka Krzekotowska, partner, Director of the Property Management department at Colliers International.

Echo Investment is a Polish developer with extensive experience in the main sectors of the real estate market: residential, retail and service, office and hotel. The company has so far completed 180 projects in dozens of Polish cities with a total area of over 1,900,000 sq m. Currently it focuses on Warsaw and seven major regional markets. The company designs and builds entire quarters of well-designed space, places that attract people with their unique atmosphere and blend harmoniously into their surroundings.
