Colliers International, a leading commercial real estate advisory firm, as exclusive advisor in leasing office space in Prosta Office Centre, represented the property owner AMASI Grundstücksgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG in the renegotiation of lease agreements.
Renegotiations concerned the lease of a total of 2013 sq m of office and retail space. Among the tenants who decided to stay in the office building are: IT School Coders Lab (849 sq m), Monedo Technology Polska (614 sq m), Monedo Polska (509 sq m) and optitians’ shop Optique (41 sq m).

Prosta Office Centre is a 9-storey A-class office building offering nearly 20,000 sq m of office space and 800 sq m of retail and service space. It is located in the immediate vicinity of Daszyńskiego Circle, one of the most dynamically developing regions of Warsaw and the new business centre of the capital. The building was completed in 2007 and its developer and general contractor was Ghelamco. The current owner of Prosta Office Centre is the German company AMASI Grundstücksgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, which is managed by KGAL Investment Management GmbH & Co. KG, which invests in and manages various types of real estate around the world.
