Professional Summary
Sylwia Pędzińska joined Colliers in 2004. Since the beginning she was responsible for the operational side of the business. She supportted Managing Partner supervising day-to-day operational activities of the company. One of Sylwia’s main tasks was development of the company towards modern, innovation-driven business. Therefore, she planned and supervised activities of the following departments and groups – Administration, HR, IT, Finance & Accounting, Legal & Compliance, Communication and Marketing.
From 2013 to 2014 Sylwia was the leader of Colliers Warsaw Office refurbishment project in accordance with the concept of workplace solutions.
Based on this project and prior experience in operations, in 2015 Sylwia decided to take up a new role at Colliers and advise external clients with respect to workplace solutions, change management and communication.
Accomplishments
From 2013 to 2014 Sylwia was the leader of Colliers Warsaw Office refurbishment project in accordance with the concept of workplace solutions. She was responsible for developing workplace strategy and change management program.
