Professional Summary

Piotr Mirowski joined Colliers International in 2006 as an analyst in the CEE Investment Services Department and is currently responsible for operations and management of the team in Poland. His previous professional experience includes Deloitte’s Audit Department. In 2014, Piotr became a partner in the firm.

Piotr’s scope of responsibilities includes structuring and execution of property sale processes, commercial due diligence, financial modeling, commercial negotiation of sale and purchase contracts and transaction coordination in order to ensure that milestones are met successfully and on time.


As a senior member of the team, Piotr has been instrumental in completion of a number of high-profile investment transactions (both sell-side and buy-side) across all main real estate asset classes with a cumulative volume in excess of €3.0 bn, including Skanska Office Portoflio (Katowice, Kraków), Warsaw Financial Center, Dominikański (Wrocław), Lipowy Office Park (Warsaw), Wola Park shopping center (Warsaw), Renoma shopping center (Wrocław), Feniks office building (Warsaw), Panattoni Parks in Garwolin, Toruń and Bielsko Biała, Castorama & Tesco distribution centers in Łódź and Gliwice, H&M Logistics Facility (Poznań), Green Corner (Warsaw), Atrium City (Warsaw), Atrium 1 (Warsaw), Trinity Park III (Warsaw), Harmony Office Center (Warsaw), Marynarska Point I & II (Warsaw) and Stratos Office Center (Warsaw).


Piotr graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a  major in real estate with his master’s dissertation addressing the issue of influence of mortgage backed securities on the Polish capital and real estate markets.
