At Colliers, Pawel specializes in investment transactions in office and industrial/logistics markets. Pawel has also an extensive experience in property lending with ING Real Estate Finance, where he was arranging secured lending transactions in three main segments of commercial real estate market – office, industrial and retail.
Pawel’s Clients include international and domestic property investors, developers and property occupiers.
Education
Pawel graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Warsaw University and postgraduate studies in property valuation. He is also a licensed real estate broker.

Piotr Mirowski, in the capacity of senior partner, head of investment services and board member, is responsible for supervision, management and business growth of the capital markets team in Poland. His range of responsibilities includes strategic real estate advisory, origination, structuring and execution of property sale and acquisition transactions, overseeing commercial due diligence and underwriting, participation in commercial negotiations of sale and purchase contracts and transaction management.
Piotr joined Colliers in 2006 and previously worked at Deloitte.Piotr graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a major in real estate with his master’s dissertation addressing the issue of influence of mortgage backed securities on the Polish capital and real estate markets.
Aleksandra Karczewska joined Colliers in September 2019 as a Senior Associate in Investment Services/ Capital Markets department and is currently responsible for investment advisory to international and domestic clients. Her previous professional experience includes Burlington Real Estate, BSC Real Estate Advisors, Sharman Church Chartered Surveyors and Pekao SA.
Hubert Iwanicki joined Colliers International in mid-2007 as an Analyst in the Investment Advisory Group, focusing on extensive financial and commercial analysis on office, retail and warehouse projects. In 2018 Hubert was appointed as the Associated Director and currently manages various processes on the investment market.
His previous professional experience includes the Financial Advisory at Effect Sp z o. o.and internship in Secus Asset Management as an analyst of non-public sector companies.
Marcin Mędrzecki joined Colliers' in 2009 as a director of Asset Management department brining over 14 years of professional real estate and legal exprience.
Piotr Colliers, Marcin worked at Norblin Capital Group as the Drector of Asset Managment and at Europolis Real Estate Asset Management as a board member being responsible for Europoli Polish real estate portfolio.
In Colliers Asset Management Depertment he was working for institutional clients such as UBS Real Estate, Pramerica, Standard Life, DIH etc.
His expirience includes number of investment transactions including for example, sale of BTA Office Building in Warsaw to Oppenheim investment fund, sale of developement site of Browar Lubicz in Krakow in an international developer and investor. In both cases Marcin was a head of the transaction and negotiation team.
I've joined the CEE Investment Services team of Colliers International as Associate Director in July 2016. I'm responsible for retail investment
services line within the investment services department and I'm in charge of Colliers brokerage services - representation
of the vendor, representation of the purchaser of various formats of retail assets in Poland as well as for consultancy services including retail strategy advisory. I have an extensive, 20 years experience in the retail sector including in-depth knowledge of retail investments, retail development, asset management and leasing. My experience includes mature relationships with large retail operators, capital investors, retail developers and remaining
important players in Polish and CEE retail sector.
