Pawel Skalba has been working in the Warsaw office market since 1996.

He joined Colliers in 2000 and in 2004 was promoted to Associate Director for his hard work and dedication.

He became the Partner in Colliers International Poland Sp. z o.o. in 2007. 
Due to his commitment, in 2013 Paweł was appointed to the new role of Partner, Director of Office Agency. Since then he is responsible for development of the 27-person advisory team and is engaged in projects involving lease of office space for key clients.

Pawel’s main focus is on offering tailored real estate solutions. Since the first day, he showed himself as a hard-working, client-oriented person. He puts a lot of effort in creating a sustainable, long-term relationship with clients, making sure they are provided with the best services and they do not lack any help. It results in spectacular deals and clients returning to Paweł every time they need help in real estate market.

 Over the last 5 years, Paweł Skałba has represented tenants in over 140 transactions for over 340,000 m2 of leased office space. The pandemic has not reduced demand for regional offices

At the end of Q2 2020 total modern office stock in the aforementioned eight regional cities amounted to 5.6 million sq m. The largest regional office markets are Kraków (1,483,300 sq m), Wrocław (1,186,100 sq m) and the Tri-City (868,400 sq m). In H1 2020, over 175,600 sq m of office space was completed, mostly in Kraków (69,100 sq m), Katowice (31,100 sq m) and the Tri-City (29,900 sq m). It was 27% less than in H1 2019.
