Magdalena joined Colliers International Retail Agency in 2016. Initially she gained her experience on commercial real estate market for 7 years (1998-2005) in Metro Group Asset Management (now Metro Properties) leasing commercial space in detached real buildings and selected M1 shopping centres. Since 2005 she was responsible for commercialization process of Ferio shopping centres.

Within Colliers International Retail Agency Magdalena was responsible for leasing of Galeria Tarnovia in Tarnow, IKEA Zabrze project, Stacja Miedzylesie (retail space in an office building). She worked also for Atrium Poland Real Estate Management.

Magdalena is responsible for leasing of Zielony Targowek Retail Park, retail space in office buildings: Mennica Legacy Tower. SKYSAWA Office and retail project realized by PHN, Prosta Office Center in Warsaw, Imagine in Łódź.


Magdalena is present on the commercial real estate market since late 90’s. For this time she was involved into commercialization of M1 projects, what encompassed replacing tenants, creating tenant mix, negotiations of lease agreements and monitoring of the market and competition. Magdalena was also responsible for leasing process of Ferio shopping centres (Ferio Gaj, Ferio Galeria Zielona, Ferio Legnica, Ferio Konin, Ferio Wawer). Among her tasks was division of the area, creating rent roll, sector and branch mix, cooperation with architects and Project Management team.
