Professional Summary

Katarzyna has 15 years of experience in the Polish real estate market. She joined Colliers in 2015 and currently she holds an Associate Director position. She advises landlords on the repositioning and commercialization of shopping malls. She also supports retail chains (including Helios, Levis, Papa Diego, Van Dog) on searching new locations, negotiating and renegotiating lease agreements.

During her career she has developed the strategies of brand expansion on Polish and foreign markets, including the creation of new store concepts. Before joining Colliers Katarzyna worked at Marketing Investment Group S.A., where she was responsible for opening 250 company stores and developing the chain of several concepts (Sizeer, Timberland, 50Style, Symbiosis, Umbro). 

She also managed the Lease and Administration Department and headed 5 departments: Expansion Department, Investment Department, Foreign Markets Development Department, Administration Department and Legal Department. 

She was responsible for the development of organizational structures of retail chain and controlling investment costs, rental costs, administrative costs, as well as costs related to the current maintenance of retail units. She has also been accountable for auditing and restructuring lease agreements.

Currently, Katarzyna is successfully using the experience gained on the part of the tenant and landlord side and advises our clients.




During these years she has increased the number of stores by 800% and she has negotiated approx. 450 lease agreements.Katarzyna has signed a lease agreement for the largest restaurant in Warsaw - 1,400 sqm

She also saved the Polish grocery store  PLN 40 million of leasing  cost. 

Katarzyna implemented a 2-years expansion strategy of the restaurants chain  in 6 months

She also managed to relocate the company headquarter’s together with 200 employees skillfully covering the whole relocation process within less than 3 months (!) - from negotiating the financial terms of the lease, through the office design process, supervision of the office space adaptation (developer’s raw condition) to successfully relocating the company from the previous to the new location.
