He was responsible for quantitative research and data analysis, interpretation and visualization. He designed and audited tests and questionnaires dedicated for business, and he is the author of many publications promoting the use of quality methods and tools in the field of organisational psychology. He is the author of many publications promoting the use of high-quality tools and methods in the field of organizational psychology, including book chapters and press articles.
