Bianka has been active in the Real Estate market since 2006 when she joined the Tenant Representation Department, Office Agency, in Colliers International, where she was representing office Tenants for the six following years.
For the next three years she was coordinating the processes of leasing office space on the side of the Landlord as Leasing Manager working for a reputable organization active in the European market.
In Feb. 2016 she rejoined the Tenant Representation Department in Colliers International.
This dual perspective and knowledge of the process also from the Landlord’s point of view adds substantial value to the Tenant representation process in terms of negotiations of both financials and lease agreement as well as technical aspects.
In her 10 years long career, first on the Tenant’s side then on the Landlord’s side, Bianka advised or was involved in transactions for ca. 40 000 sq m of office space.
As Senior Associate Banka creates strategies of actions in the Real Estate market for her Clients and is involved in each stage of the process. She is responsible for negotiations of the financial conditions of the leases and advises during lease agreements negotiations.
