Aleksandra joined the team in August 2008 as Assistant in the Industrial and Logistics Agency. Now, as a Director, Aleksandra manages and coordinates the work of the Department. She is responsible for the management team, the flow of information, as well as preparing reports and presentations. Aleksandra is also responsible for the administration of the department and supporting the work of our associates.
She graduated from the Institute of German Studies, at the University of Warsaw. Aleksandra is fluent in English, German, Dutch and Spanish.

Maciej Chmielewski joined Colliers International in September 2003. Since 2007 he has held the position of the Partner and the Director of Industrial and Logistics Agency.
Maciej advised in choosing the optimal location and negotiations of lease conditions for more than 1.000 000 square meters of warehouse and production space. He was involved in many projects and cooperated with representative clients such as Danone, Michelin, Unilever, Firestone, Kofola, Johnson Controls, Mauser, Newell Rubbermaid, Pregis and Sonoco.
Jan Barbasiewicz holds position of Director in Logistics Agency of Colliers International Poland, based in Warsaw. He joined Colliers in July 2013.
He has 15 years of professional experience, gained initially in Property Management and since 2006 in Industrial Brokerage and Advisory companies (Associate Director at Jones Lang LaSalle and Cuhman & Wakefield).
He advised to many international and national companies in leasing and site search services for over 500.000 square meters in following sectors: production (HILTI, Sauer-Danfoss, UPM Raflatac, Bombardier, RTP Company, Hi-P, Sonko), third party logistics (arvato Bertelsmann, C.H. Robinson, Raben, GEFCO, Logista, Universal Express, Hi Logistics, Pantos Logistics), e-commerce and electronics (LG Electronics, T-Mobile, Neonet, Media Expert, Hemmersbach), FMCG (Henkel, Merida, Specjal, RUCH, Farutex) and fashion (TK Maxx/TJ Maxx, Inditex, H&M). Jan's key markets are in Western Poland, with special attention to important and developing markets of Poznan and Wroclaw.

Grzegorz Paluch joined Colliers in 2006 as a Financial Analyst and in 2007 decided to move to Industrial and Logistics Department where he holds the postion of Director.
He has 15 years of professional expereice gained in Colliers International Poland and he specializes in tenant represenation in industrial sector.

Sales Representative
Łukasz joined Colliers International in 2004 and took the position of assistant in Industrial and Logistics Department. He was supporting the team in everyday tasks, coordinated leasing processes and sale transactions.
After his promotion to the associate position he was responsible for leading the sale process of properties owned by corporate clients. Among them there was Shell (project of selling over 100 properties located in the whole Poland), Kredyt Bank S.A. (KBC Group, 60 properties), Philip Morris (12 properties). Łukasz worked also with Brita in the project of purchasing a new warehouse outside Warsaw. Thanks to that experience he has a wide knowledge of issues related to the property sale-purchase transactions.
Recently Łukasz participated in concluding industrial leasing transactions for Action S.A. (Polish leading distributor of IT equipment) and Built-to-Suits projects for Faurecia and DB Schenker.
Lukasz joined Colliers International in April 2013 and currently holds the position of Senior Associate in the Industrial and Logistics Agency. Lukasz specializes in Build-to-Suit projects - in both production and logistics sectors. He is involved in the process of acquisition / selling of industrial space as well as the investment areas for agencies’ Clients. Lukasz is also responsible for representing tenants in the process of negotiating and renegotiating lease / development agreements.
Lukasz began working in Colliers as Trainee in the Department of Advisory and Valuation Services, where he participated in the valuation of the property by supporting the work of surveyors. His responsibilities included also preparing market analysis.
Lukasz is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology on the Faculty of Geodesy and Cartography and the Property Valuation.
Filip joined Colliers International, strengthening the team focused on advising Clients wishing to develop manufacturing facilities and warehouses. During his previous post at the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (PAIiIZ), which he held for over 4 years, Filip led a team of 5 Project Managers delivering comprehensive solutions to Clients wishing to enter or expand their industrial facilities in Poland, interfacing with Special Economic Zones, local authorities and various third parties.
Dorota joined Colliers in December 2012. She holds the position of Senior Associate in the Industrial and Logistics Agency. She is responsible for representing tenants in the process of acquiring warehouse and industrial space. Dorota is also responsible for coordinating and supervising the processes of sale transactions and renegotiating lease agreements, as well as preparing all documentation related to the processes and tenders, including agreements, proposals, analysis, reports.
Dorota has over 7 years of professional experience in real estate market.
Katarzyna joined Colliers in October 2016 as Associate in the Industrial and Logistics Agency. Katarzyna is responsible for representing clients in lease and sale transactions of warehouse and production space.
Katarzyna has over 5years’ experience in comprehensive coordination of prestigious construction projects.
Martyna joined Colliers in July 2016. She currently holds the position of Senior Associate in Industrial and Logistics Agency. She specializes in the Industrial and Logistics sector, both in acquisition and leasing real estates.
