Pawel Skalba has been working in the Warsaw office market since 1996.
He joined Colliers in 2000 and in 2004 was promoted to Associate Director for his hard work and dedication.
He became the Partner in Colliers International Poland Sp. z o.o. in 2007.
Due to his commitment, in 2013 Paweł was appointed to the new role of Partner, Director of Office Agency. Since then he is responsible for development of the 27-person advisory team and is engaged in projects involving lease of office space for key clients.
Pawel’s main focus is on offering tailored real estate solutions. Since the first day, he showed himself as a hard-working, client-oriented person. He puts a lot of effort in creating a sustainable, long-term relationship with clients, making sure they are provided with the best services and they do not lack any help. It results in spectacular deals and clients returning to Paweł every time they need help in real estate market.
Over the last 5 years, Paweł Skałba has represented tenants in over 140 transactions for over 340,000 m2 of leased office space. Maciej Chmielewski joined Colliers International in September 2003. Since 2007 he has held the position of the Partner and the Director of Industrial and Logistics Agency.
Maciej advised in choosing the optimal location and negotiations of lease conditions for more than 1.000 000 square meters of warehouse and production space. He was involved in many projects and cooperated with representative clients such as Danone, Michelin, Unilever, Firestone, Kofola, Johnson Controls, Mauser, Newell Rubbermaid, Pregis and Sonoco.
Marta has been active on the Polish retail real estate market since the mid 90’s, gaining her professional experience in such companies as: Atomic Entertainment, Ahold Poland, Donaldsons, DTZ and from 2012 with Colliers International.
At Colliers Marta is the Director of Retail Strategies within the Development Advisory Services department. With the development team Marta supports Clients in transforming market potential into financially feasible investment programs, including typical shopping centers as well as “mix used” type projects.
Since 2013 Marta also leads Colliers’ Retail Agency. The team of experts under Marta’s leadership develops strategic advisory and transaction services dedicated to both landlords and tenants.
Marta’s experience includes asset management, center marketing, leasing of retail space, investment advisory and strategic advisory for owners of shopping centres.
Working both for owners and developers of shopping centres Marta advised on:
• evaluating and preparing development plans for developers,
• re-commercialization and repositioning of existing shopping centres,
• creating and implementing marketing of leasing strategies.
