Sindalan Town Center, Colliers sign Property Management deal

Manila, October 18, 2018 – First Centerland Development Corp. (FCDC) has signed agreement with Colliers International Philippines for Property Management Services (Pre-Operations) for Sindalan Town Center (STC), the newest commercial development in San Fernando, Pampanga.  Colliers will handle the management of the facilities including technical and engineering functions, as well as cover the financial aspects of the entire complex operations.   In addition to this, FCDC also engaged the services of Colliers in Landlord Representation for the real estate agency services of STC.

“We have appointed Colliers International Philippines as our partner, both because their global relationships with the big national and international chains means Colliers can bring the right mix of locators to Sindalan Town Center, and their expertise and track record in property management means STC can maintain its position as the upscale lifestyle outlet for San Fernando,”said Eduardo Sanchez, President and CEO of FCDC.

FCDC owns and operates Sindalan Town Center, the outlet mall, fast casual dining destination, and highway stopover located along Pampanga’s Tourism Road, a brand-new highway linking the NLEX and SCTEX via San Fernando.  Its unique dual-facing stores design, generous public space and customer circulation, and ample parking will all combine for a new leisure experience.  Anchored by Robinson’s Supermarket, Sindalan Town Center opens in mid-2019 with a select array of the biggest, best-recognized brands in the retail and dining scene today.
