Damosa Land's Seawind Tower 3 Topping Off Ceremony

October 8, 2018, Davao - Damosa Land, Inc. (DLI), a fast-growing real estate development company in Davao, marks the official topping off ceremony of Seawind Condominium's Tower 3, ensuring buyers of timely delivery of units with its advanced methods of construction. Seawind is DLI's 6-tower, premiere condominium development in Sasa, Davao. Present during the official ceremonies were executives from DLI, Colliers International, Anflocor, Lopzcom Builders Corporation, consultants Newthink Properties, Inc. and Sterling Construction.

Seawind is ideally-located near the city center, making schools and commercial hubs such as Damosa Complex, SM Lanang, Damosa-Megaworld District and Ayala Ansons easily accessible for residents via public and private transportation.

Last February 2018, DLI has renewed their partnership with Colliers International, appointing the global real estate services company as the property manager of Tower 2 of Seawinda and its future building developments.

Prior to his stint with Colliers, Jet worked as Vice President for Property and Asset Management at Moldex Group of Companies where he was responsible for the property management of the company’s high-end projects and township developments. He also served as the Assistant Vice President of Filinvest Alabang Inc. focusing on service line for Property and Facilities management of the company's real estate portfolio.Jet also handled other executive positions for property development and project management with Pacific Ace Group of Companies in Hongkong, Philamlife Properties and Filinvest Alabang Inc. where he was instrumental in the success of various landmark projects in the Philippines. 

Currently, he is heading the Real Estate Management Services unit of both Property Management and Facilities Management Groups of Colliers International which recently upgraded its certification for ISO 9001:2015 version ensuring consistency in operations and processes for various properties including office, residential buildings, traditional & business process outsourcing office locators, luxury homes, telecommunications facilities and downstream oil & gas facilities. He has also instrumental in the recent 1M Incident Free Manhours without loss and incidents for the 6 terminal depot facilities operation of a major oil and gas player in the country. In his capacity as the Executive Director handling the day to day function of the business, he also completed his Executive Education for Real Estate Management Program at the Harvard Business School, Boston Massachusetts and Hospitality Facilities and Sustainable Hotel Management at the Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration in Ithaca New York. Prior to that, he was certified as a LEED Green Building Associate by the USGBC and is an advocate of green building initiatives for all its managed portfolio.
