Damosa Diamond Tower partners with Colliers International Philippines Inc.

Manila, March 15, 2019 – Davao’s homegrown top real estate developer, Damosa Land Inc., has firmed up an agreement with Colliers International Philippines Inc. for Property Management Services of Damosa Diamond Tower, a premium office space development located at the heart of the first ever PEZA-accredited Damosa IT Park in Davao City. The service engagement covers pre-operations consultancy putting in place an integrated construction and operations team to ensure efficiency and sustainability of the fully integrated BPO, Retail, Office and Commercial building.

Cary Lagdameo, Vice President of Damosa Land commented: “Creating an integrated team at the onset emphasizes valuable connections and partnerships between contractors, project managers, operators and tenants and as we think about areas of opportunity for integration and synergy throughout the design, construction and operation of this building, we have Colliers on board to ensure a seamless transition and implement best practices across all service lines for our client’s satisfaction.”

The Diamond Tower is a 15-storey commercial building with an innovative green roof deck. It features a host of sustainable technology such as LED lighting, solar panels, and ecofriendly insulation. This BPO building is committed to harnessing renewable energy, with a connection to the main grid and access to alternative power sources. It is accessibly situated along JP Laurel Ave. A 15-minute ride from Davao International Airport and 5 to 10 minutes away from convention centers, malls, hotels and medical centers.With its expansive 60 to 1,525 sq.m. cuts leasable units and expansive 3.5m ceiling height, the building is set to provide corporate spaces for different commercial and BPO industries in first quarter of 2020.

The contract signing was held at Colliers International head office in Makati last March 8, 2019.

Prior to his stint with Colliers, Jet worked as Vice President for Asset Management at Moldex Group of Companies where he was responsible for the oversight of the company’s high-end projects and township developments. He also served as the Assistant Vice President of Filinvest Alabang Inc. focusing on service line for Property and Facilities management of the company's real estate portfolio.Jet also handled other executive positions for property development and project management with Pacific Ace Group of Companies in Hongkong, Philamlife Properties and Filinvest Alabang Inc. where he was instrumental in the success of various landmark projects in the Philippines. 

Currently, he is heading the Real Estate Management Services unit of both Property, Asset  and Facilities Management Groups of Colliers Philippines  which recently awarded the ISO 9001:2015 upgraded version ensuring consistency in operations and processes accross managed projects.  He completed his Executive Education for Real Estate Management Program at the Harvard Business School, Boston Massachusetts and Hospitality Facilities and Sustainable Hotel Management at the Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration in Ithaca New York. Prior to that, he was certified as a LEED Green Building Associate by the USGBC and is an advocate of green building initiatives for it managed portfolio of buildings.
