Vida joined Colliers Philippines in December 2014 as Client Engagement Coordinator. A highly organized and detail oriented with 11 years experience in a Customer-Service oriented industry, particularly complaints handling from people with diverse backgrounds.
Vida has worked her way up to the top, starting as an entry level in a Customer Service Industry and then as a Senior Supervisor handling complaints or escalations from customers with diverse backgrounds and stature. She has effectively prioritized and organized work loads or complaints received by creating a database or a Master file, ensuring that all will be dealt with accordingly and on time. This database was shared to all departments for awareness thus commended for decreasing the number of escalations received on a daily basis. With this role, she is using these skills to make an impact in the real estate industry.
Vida is also in charge of organizing client engagement events for her team. From sports and charity, sponsorship, speaker forums, movie screening events and others, she was able to manage to have an attendance rate of not lower than 85%.
Moreover, she also handles the sending of the Net Promoter Survey and ensure the collection of Account Receivables for the team.
