Dom began his career in Colliers International as a Research Assistant for the Research and Consultancy Division in February 2007. In that capacity, he was responsible in gathering and organizing of data needed to generate commissioned market reports and quarterly release of The Knowledge, Colliers’ Market Review publication.
He moved to Tenant Representation – Office Services Department in 2013. As a manager, he was tasked to handle various office space requirements of multinational clients. He was promoted to Associate Director in 2016 leading the Office Services team to hit the revenue target in the midst of leadership
transition. He started heading the Tenant Representation business as the Director in 2017 in charge of ensuring the growth and profitability of this business line. He helped the team stabilize in 2017 amidst market slowdown due to geopolitical concerns that affected the offshoring and outsourcing growth in the country and still achieved 18% profitability.
In 2018, he led the Tenant Representation to exceed the revenue target by 60% and achieve a 48% profit margin.
Dom joined the Office Services last June 2013 and was involved in the following tenant rep accounts:

Office Services Landlord Rep
Maricris has worked in real estate since 1998. She began her career as an Investment Consultant in Megaworld Corporation handling the leasing of Megaworld's office buildings, residential condominiums and commercial warehouses. In 1999, Maricris was tasked to conceptualized, set-up and operate the Eastwood Locator’s Assistance Center (eL@C) in Eastwood City CyberPark, the first ICT, mixed-use master-planned city in the Philippines. eL@C serves ICT and BPO companies as an one stop shop for real estate solutions, information center as well as a business center facility and headquarters for service providers and satellite government offices.
Maricris joined Colliers International in 2012 to provide real estate strategies and solutions to its current clients as well as to source new clients for the company.
In addition, Maricris founded the Children's Environmental Awareness and Action Foundation (CEAAF) that focuses on the development and implementation of programs and educational materials on Philippine flora and fauna as well as Filipino pride projects and events.
Kevin joined Colliers Philippines in May 2014, bringing with him over 6 years of experience in the real estate industry. As part of the Research and Advisory Services team, he is responsible for providing the best real estate market knowledge and property solutions for any client requirement.
Prior to joining Colliers, Kevin has been involved in project planning and development roles for major residential developers in the Philippines such as Alveo Land, Robinsons Land and DMCI Homes.
Jen joined Colliers in May 1997 as a Leasing Officer. Initially, she was responsible for marketing retail projects under Office Leasing Management.
Jen transferred to the Commercial Leasing Division in 2006. A key role of this position is to provide property service to top tier clients. Also her extensive background in BPO, KPO, Bank/ Restaurants/ Hypermart/ Other Retail site selection has greatly contributed to her clients requirements.
More than 5 years of experience in the Philippine CRE which specializes in office lease transactions and negotiations with different companies and landlords. Has experience in all angles of Office Leasing along with other areas in Retail and Industrial Leasing.
Miguel joined Colliers Philippines in late 2015 as a Market Analyst for the Office Services team. He was previously responsible for updating the department’s database and supplying market data for the quarterly property reports produced by the company. In 2017, Miguel transitioned into the role of a sales broker under the Tenant Representation department and has since serviced several key clients.
Edzen joined Colliers International in 2005 as an Encoder and Researcher for the Corporate Real Estate Advisory Division. He was responsible for updating the department’s database. In November 2010, he was promoted as a Knowledge Officer who was tasked to handle various databases in the Office Services Division. In January 2015, he was promoted from Knowledge Officer to a Negotiator. In December 2017 he was promoted to Assistant Manager. He was promoted in December 2018 to Manager. With his skills learned and relationship with various Developers from being Knowledge Officer, Edzen is now using these to provide his client excellent service.
As the Market Analyst, Jinelle is in charge of maintaining several databases of buildings and contacts used by consultants. She supports the office services team in preparing presentations for clients. She gathers information for local research publications and internal use. She also responds to queries of clients regarding the office space listings. She produces high quality market research in a timely and effective manner for internal and external clients.
Last 2018, Jinelle handled RE-Connect database as a new platform of Colliers. She developed a database which all consultants used to automatically generate options report for their client’s requirements. Her work experiences have enabled her to harness her project management, research, and presentation skills
Meanwhile in January 2019, she was promoted from being a Market Analyst to a Negotiator for the Tenant Representation
Vida joined Colliers Philippines in December 2014 as Client Engagement Coordinator. A highly organized and detail oriented with 11 years experience in a Customer-Service oriented industry, particularly complaints handling from people with diverse backgrounds.
