With over 25 years of research and consultancy experience, Richard has been involved in various projects in Asia. He has been involved in various projects in Asia particularly the Philippines, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. This has covered sectors from simple developments to large-scale mixed uses with office, retail, residential, hotel, industrial and institutional land uses.
Richard has been involved in complex assignments that entail creative solutions. This would include brand conceptualization, destination development, land use spatial analysis and marketing strategies.
Jet brings in a solid 25 years of hands-on technical and professional experience in project development, construction and real estate management leadership for high valued clients of Colliers Philippines. He was instrumental n turning around the REMS business unit into an industry market leader serving premium and high-end clients accross various real estate markets region wide. He leads a team of 700 professionals in planning and analyzing key business drivers for the effective development and management of real estate properties which covers high end LEED and WELL certified buildings, renowned resort developments, condominium and townships, premium retail and data center facilities, oil and gas refinery depots, banks, malls and sports faciliteis.
Prior to his stint with Colliers, Jet worked as Vice President for Asset Management at Moldex Group of Companies where he was responsible for the oversight of the company’s high-end projects and township developments. He also served as the Assistant Vice President of Filinvest Alabang Inc. focusing on service line for Property and Facilities management of the company's real estate portfolio.Jet also handled other executive positions for property development and project management with Pacific Ace Group of Companies in Hongkong, Philamlife Properties and Filinvest Alabang Inc. where he was instrumental in the success of various landmark projects in the Philippines.
Currently, he is heading the Real Estate Management Services unit of both Property, Asset and Facilities Management Groups of Colliers Philippines which recently awarded the ISO 9001:2015 upgraded version ensuring consistency in operations and processes accross managed projects. He completed his Executive Education for Real Estate Management Program at the Harvard Business School, Boston Massachusetts and Hospitality Facilities and Sustainable Hotel Management at the Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration in Ithaca New York. Prior to that, he was certified as a LEED Green Building Associate by the USGBC and is an advocate of green building initiatives for it managed portfolio of buildings.

Dom is the Head of Tenant Representation | Office Services department for Colliers International Philippines since 2017. He has 15 years of solid work experience in the field of research and consultancy and office services.
His areas of expertise include client management, extensive market research, feasibility & highest and best use study covering the different real estate sectors and areas in the Philippines, financial analysis, strategy formulation, commercial and legal negotiations and business case preparation.
Business and Educational Background
Dom began his career in Colliers International as a Research Assistant for the Research and Consultancy Division in 2007. In that capacity, he was responsible in generating market reports, competition scanning, highest and best use and feasibility studies for various developers and owners in the Philippines.
He joined the Tenant Representation – Office Services Department in 2013. He was promoted to Associate Director in 2016 leading the Office Services team to hit the revenue target amid a leadership transition. He started heading the Tenant Representation business as the Director in 2017 in charge of ensuring the growth and profitability of this business line. His background in research and the solid client engagement program by sharing #meaningfulinsights thru #meaningfulconversations are the cornerstones of the success of the team.
Except for 2020, which was the height of the COVID19 pandemic, his team consistently exceeded expectations every year since he took over in 2017. The team’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) was consistently high at 90% in the last three (3) years.
He finished the Executive Master in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management in 2021. This has given him a thorough understanding and appreciation of corporate strategy and how corporate real estate fits into the strategies of companies.
He was selected to participate in the NexGen CEO Leadership Program sponsored and conducted by the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP) and SGV Ernst & Young. The program covered leading with purpose, placing humans at center, leveraging technology at speed and enabling innovation at scale. He completed this 8-month program in 2022.

Tim has over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry in the Philippines. She joined Colliers in January 2017 and brings with her a wide understanding of various real estate markets, planning and development, financial analysis, and deal structuring experience.
Maricris has worked in real estate since 1998. She began her career as an Investment Consultant in Megaworld Corporation handling the leasing of Megaworld's office buildings, residential condominiums and commercial warehouses. In 1999, Maricris was tasked to conceptualized, set-up and operate the Eastwood Locator’s Assistance Center (eL@C) in Eastwood City CyberPark, the first ICT, mixed-use master-planned city in the Philippines. eL@C serves ICT and BPO companies as an one stop shop for real estate solutions, information center as well as a business center facility and headquarters for service providers and satellite government offices.
Maricris joined Colliers International in 2012 to provide real estate strategies and solutions to its current clients as well as to source new clients for the company.
In addition, Maricris founded the Children's Environmental Awareness and Action Foundation (CEAAF) that focuses on the development and implementation of programs and educational materials on Philippine flora and fauna as well as Filipino pride projects and events.
Dan has 16 years of work experience in the design and construction industry. He started his career in design as an Interior Designer for Sonia S. Olivares and Associates before moving forward as a Design Manager for Anchorland Holdings Inc. He has spent the last 8 years with Arcadis Philippines Inc. (formerly Langdon & Seah Philippines Inc.) building a career in Project and Construction Management specializing in managing fit-out projects (retail, office, hospitality and institutional) for the country’s top tier Clients and Developers. He was also the PMO Country Lead for the HSBC accounts. In 2018, onset to a high rate success of project deliveries in his track record, he was promoted as Associate Director of the Project and Programme Management of Arcadis prior to a career move to Colliers.
Prior to joining Colliers, I have worked for CB Richard Ellis Phils. Inc as an Assistant Marketing Manager for Residential Services in 2005. In 2002, I was the Relocation Services Coordinator for Santa Fe Moving and Relocations in Manila. I also worked in Rockwell Land Corporation doing leasing and sales in year 2000.
