The inventory of usable offices in prime category buildings is standing at 1,301,638 sqm distributed in 96 buildings. In this period there have been no new additions to the market. At the end of the third quarter, the vacancy indicator decreased to 18.5%, while net absorption reached 13,574 sqm in the prime office segment.
