Peruvian economic activity is being very limited by the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. At the end of the first quarter of the year, the prime market vacancy indicator decreased to 15.9% (16.0% at the end of 4Q 2019), while the net absorption, also in the prime market, reached 1,608 m2, a low volume in comparison to the same period in recent years.
