At the end of the third quarter of 2021, the office market in Panama City continues in a phase of oversupply towards a corrective price adjustment phase, which gives rise to renegotiations of contractual conditions seeking the retention of tenants. The companies continue to evaluate the work model to be applied, which causes uncertainty about the conditions for returning to the offices, which is why many lease contracts have been put on hold.
