Carla Lopez, MAI has a twenty five years of sound experience in the real estate field. She has worked in both public and private sector, as urban planner, architect, consultant and valuer. Among her relevant carreer experience, she has worked as Urban Planner, National Heritage Director of Panama; Multilteral Organizatons Consultant; Director of Valuation and Advisory of CBRE Panama, Latin America Research Director for CBRE, and Director for In Situ Corporation. Mrs. Lopez has performed a large number of appraisals and real estate consulting assignments in Panama and Latin America, including Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Peru, Ecuador and Dominican Republic; she is also an expert in real estate market research from Mexico to Argentina.

Mrs. Lopez academic background is Architecture, with a Urban and Architecture History Masters from the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya, Spain, and graduate studies in Environmental Assesment. She is an MAI from the Appraisal Institute; also hold a Panamerican Valuer Credential and is a good standing member and Past-President of the Instituto de Valuaciones y Peritajes de Panama (IVAPPAN). She is also a Licened Architect in the Republic of Panama, with a LEED AP BD+C credential and an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.

Iliam Tello has a twenty six years of experience in the appraisal and advisory services. She has worked in both public and private sector, as architect, consultant and valuer. Among her relevant experience, she has worked as Director of Valuation of CBRE Panama, and valuer in different appraisal companies. Mrs. Tello has performed a large number of appraisals assignments in Panama and Latin America, including Colombia , Peru, Nicaragua and Dominican Republic.
