John has extensive experience within Debt Capital Markets in the Nordics and comes from the position as Vice President, Corporate & Institutional Advisory at Swedbank where he has worked for more than 11 years. He has worked in Investment Banking for 10 years, and worked a year at Swedbank's headquarter in Stockholm where he contributed to rebuild Swedbank's DCM High Yield origination team, with a special focus on real estate transactions.

Terje A. Pettersen started at Colliers in November 2022 as Head of Debt Advisory.
He was one of the founders of Pangea Debt Advisory in August 2021 and has been Managing Director & Partner until Colliers’ acquisition of Pangea in November 2022.
Terje has worked at SEB for 10 years and been part of the management team in both SEB Norway and the Investment Banking unit. He has also been Head of Debt Capital & Partner at ABG Sundal Collier for 4 years and held numerous leading positions over a 12-year period at DNB, such as Head of Commercial Real Estate.
Ola Velund started at Colliers in November 2022 as Associate, Debt Advisory.
He has worked at Pangea Debt Advisory since 2021 and has been Associate until Colliers’ acquisition of Pangea in November 2022.
Ola has previous experience working as an analyst at Barrick Gold Corporation and as an Associate in SEB’s Real Estate Coverage group within corporate banking.
