Bård Bjølgerud started at Colliers in November 2022 as CEO, Nordics.
He was one of the founders of Pangea Property Partners back in 2009 and has been CEO & Partner until Colliers’ acquisition of Pangea in November 2022.
Bård has been instrumental in many of the largest and most complex real estate transactions in the Nordics over the past +20 years. Previously, he was Head of Nordic Real Estate Corporate Finance and deputy CEO at SEB Enskilda. He has also been Head of Equity Research at Alfred Berg/ABN Amro and editor-in-chief at Finansavisen.

Christian Winther started at Colliers in November 2022 as CFO, Nordics.
He has worked at Pangea Property Partners since 2010 and has been CFO until Colliers’ acquisition of Pangea in December 2022.
Christian has prvious to this 10 years of experience as CFO and Partner with Teknoinvest – a highly recognized Norwegian Venture Capital-firm. Prior to this, he has experience from PwC where he was employed in Assurance and Business Advisory Services auditing and advising larger Norwegian financial institutions, mutual funds and venture funds.
Håvard A. Nustad started at Colliers in November 2022 as CEO, Norway.
He has worked at Pangea Property Partners since 2010 and has been CEO Norway & Partner until Colliers’ acquisition of Pangea in November 2022.
Håvard has extensive knowledge about the Norwegian and Nordic property market, having acted both as advisor and as corporate investor (Steen & Strøm) for close to 20 years, and has initiated and worked on some of the largest real estate transactions in Norway. Project Manager and Head of Acquisitions in ABB Norsk Kabel, Vice President Corporate Finance at Orkla Finans (Fondsmegling), Executive Vice President in Steen & Strøm, as Managing Partner of DTZ in Norway.
