F&B entrepreneurs are being put to the test

Download Report

The abrupt visit of the world’s most unwanted guest has left deep marks in the “Food & Beverage” sector. In almost all countries, restaurants, cafes and clubs were temporarily closed after the corona outbreak. That is the complete opposite of the hospitality that F&B normally stands for.

Colliers has been closely monitoring the status of the sector since the start of the pandemic. Our local teams work together internationally to continuously map out the consequences of this situation and we are happy to share these insights with you.

What is the current state of affairs? Have any new initiatives and opportunities emerged during the corona crisis? Which measures have been taken? How long will the recovery take? We made a tour around eight European countries.
