SURFACE
The office spaces, in a flexible (work) environment, often vary between 15 to 250 square meters and are available from one office for 1-2 workplaces up to a (solitary) private office floor of approximately 250 square meters.

PRICES
The rent is usually calculated on the number of rented workplaces, instead of per m². The average rent is between € 250 - € 400 per workplace per month excluding VAT. Mostly the service costs, cleaning costs and costs for gas, water and electricity and even available facilities are already included.
