Novapierre Allemagne 2 buys the Koningshoek shopping center from Wereldhave in Maassluis.
. This is their first retail purchase in the Netherlands. The fund is managed by PAREF Gestion.
The shopping center has over 20,000 sqm of retail space. There are more than 65 shops and catering establishments, including Hoogvliet, Aldi, Action and Hema. The entire shopping center was renovated between 2015 and 2018. During this period, 5,000 sqm of additional retail space was created. After the renovation and expansion, the project was nominated for the 2018 annual prize of the Dutch Council of Shopping Centers. More than four million people visit the mall every year.
