Shopping street

The entire Marikenstraat in Nijmegen is now owned by SRE Vastgoedgroep. The first part of the street had already been purchased in the summer of 2020. As of December 16, the apartment indices 2,3 and 4 were also bought by the investor.

The Marikenstraat is parallel to the Broerstraat, the shopping street of Nijmegen. The shopping street is spread over two floors. There is a varied range of shops and there are also restaurants.

Colliers also advised SRE Vastgoedgroep this time. On behalf of its clients, Syntrus Achmea was advised by Core Notariaat and Brickstone.
