As of March 1st. the combination Pensioenfonds Rail & OV and Achmea Dutch Retail Property Fund has signed a long-term agreement with Shoeby for the rental of a retail space. The retail space in the Oostpoort shopping center in Amsterdam has a surface area of 265 sqm. With the arrival of this new tenant, the entire shopping center has been rented out.
For the new retail space of the clothing brand, the former retail spaces of La Ligna and CEX have been merged into one retail space. With this new location, Shoeby is represented in Amsterdam again.
