Revcap & Unifore acquire Hawk portfolio from Aventicum

Twelve office buildings in the Randstad conglomeration have been acquired by funds managed by Revcap and Unifore from Aventicum. The so-called 'Hawk portfolio' has almost 70,000 square meters of lettable floor space.

The buildings are located in the Amsterdam, Utrecht, The Hague and Rotterdam regions. With 17,000 square meters, Transpolis in Hoofddorp is one of the largest buildings in the portfolio. Other buildings are located in areas such as The Hague Maanplein, Utrecht Rijnsweerd, Utrecht Papendorp and Rotterdam Blaak.

The occupancy rate of the entire portfolio is above 90%, with more than 70 different tenants providing the income. Revcap and Unifore will optimize the occupancy rate and performance of the portfolio by making the buildings more sustainable and increasing the level of service for the benefit of the tenants.

The buyer is a partnership of funds managed by Revcap and Unifore. Seller Aventicum is a joint venture between Credit Suisse and the Qatar Investment Authority. They have built up the portfolio from 2017 onwards.

Colliers acted as commercial and technical advisor to Revcap and Unifore. In addition, Colliers will be responsible for the property management of the portfolio. Seller Aventicum was advised by JLL in this transaction.
