ProSor sells redevelopment Dordrecht

office above shopping mall Maasplaza in Dordrecht, the Netherlands
The Anders Invest Huurwoningen Fonds has purchased former office spaces in Dordrecht from ProSor to convert into 42 rental apartments. These homes will be rented out in the middle of the first quarter in 2021.

The real estate fund has rental and care homes in their portfolio, with a focus on social cohesion. They buy the complex from the South Holland developer ProSor.

The 42 spacious two and three-room apartments will be 50 to 107 sqm in size and are located above the Maasplaza shopping center in Dordrecht. They come with their own parking spaces and roof terraces. The new residents can count Albert Heijn, Action and a sports club among their neighbors.

The redevelopment is part of the transformation of the Spoorzone in Dordrecht. For the municipality, this redevelopment is the perfect solution due to the large office vacancy in the city and the high demand for housing. The plan is to build more homes in this area.

Colliers International assisted ProSor in the transaction. Marquenie Vastgoed advised Anders Invest on the purchase.
