The Canadian European Residential REIT has bought a residential portfolio for 36.3 million euros. The seller Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance, an investment manager, has acted on behalf of one of its clients.
The residential portfolio has a national spread over eight locations in the Netherlands: Leiderdorp, Voorhout, Amersfoort, Middelburg, Boskoop, Wierden and Vlijmen. This concerns a total of 137 homes, of which 121 are single-family homes and sixteen multi-family homes. Also part of this portfolio are thirteen garage boxes. The construction years of the houses vary from 1969 to 1986.
Syntrus Achmea was advised commercially by Colliers and legally advised by Core Notariaat. The buyer was accompanied by Loyens and Loeff.
