On 1 May, Niels Huijsmans (30) and Yaron Kreykes (32) will start at Colliers as Directors Design & Development. Niels and Yaron will be responsible for controlling of the team and the further growth of the department. The experience that both gentlemen have in guiding and advising for the end user and the investors, will be used to answer questions concerning redevelopment, renovations and furnishing issues.
Niels has almost ten years of experience in the real estate industry. The last two years he worked at Unispace as a Studio Lead in Amsterdam. Before that he worked for almost seven years at Tétris, part of JLL where he held various positions. "I'm happy with my move to Colliers," said Niels. "There is a lot of in-house expertise. I look forward to contributing to that. "
Yaron has also worked in the real estate industry for a decade. For the past two years he was active as Commercial Director at GRAYSPACE in Amsterdam. He worked here on several renovation and furnishing projects throughout the country. Before that he fulfilled the role of Project Manager and Advisor at Tétris. Yaron: "The growth ambition of Colliers appeals to me, I am looking forward to working with enterprising colleagues."
