The space is about 193 sqm and is part of the city icon WTC Rotterdam. The WTC Rotterdam is located on the Coolsingel and the Beursplein in the city center of Rotterdam.
For Tutti Colori, this is the third store in addition to the existing branches on Van Baerlestraat in Amsterdam and Weena in Rotterdam. The concept is part of Nagelstudio Kiki Nails, the largest nail studio in Rotterdam and the surrounding area.
Colliers International represented Bouwinvest Retail Fund in the lease. Leaving tenant Profuomo was advised by Insight Real Estate in this transaction.
