Max Fit opens a personal training studio in the former office of Sportbedrijf Arnhem. The company rents a space of 320 square metres on the ground floor at 57 Broerenstraat in Arnhem. With this new location, this personal training company is expanding to four locations in the vicinity of Arnhem and Nijmegen.
Max Fit works with different trainers that help with personal training and body transformations. In addition to the new location in Arnhem, there are also locations in Elst, Huissen and Wijchen.
Owner van der Vorm Vastgoed has been a family business developing and renting out real estate throughout the Netherlands and Europe for 100 years. The old office building has been transformed into a sustainable complex with 58 rental apartments in the free sector and a commercial space on the ground floor. Opposite is the Arnhem city hall and the shopping streets are around the corner.
Sustainability has been an important part of the redevelopment of this old office building. There are solar panels on the roof, triple glazing has been used and a heat recovery installation has been built.
