Metropolis Vastgoed has bought the office complex at Beemdstraat 1 and 1A-E in Eindhoven from a private investor. The buyer belongs to a private real estate portfolio that focuses on commercial real estate in the Eindhoven region.
The complex, built in 1992, consists of two connected buildings and a parking garage. In 2001 a newer part was added on the east side. The property consists of 7,021 sqm spread over six floors. The garage has 180 parking spaces. In addition to regular rental, flexible rental is also offered through the Nanoos concept. In total, almost 85% has been let.
The office complex is part of De Hurk, the largest business park in Eindhoven, which can accommodate more than 300 organizations. The complex is strategically located on Beemdstraat, an important connecting road between the center of Eindhoven and the A2 / N2 motorway network.
Real estate advisor Colliers International advised the seller commercially in this transaction. AKD lawyers, civil-law notaries and tax advisers advised the seller on legal matters. Buyer Metropolis Vastgoed b.v. was supervised by asset manager Profinn.
